ROGATE PARISH COUNCIL
At a meeting of the Planning and General Purpose Committee of Rogate Parish Council held on Monday 28th April 2008 at Rogate Village Hall.
Those present: - Chairman Mr Neil Hepworth, Mrs Trudy Coles, Mrs Katrina Baker, Mrs Pauline Berrisford-Hill, Mrs Elizabeth Brown, Mr Kevin Buxton, Mrs Susan Erskine, Mr Peter Howland & Mr Peter Moss.
1). No apologies were required. 2). Minutes; The Minutes of the previous Planning & Gen-Purpose Committee Meetings were confirmed & signed. 3). New Planning Applications; RG/08/01603/DOM. Mr & Mrs Dumont. Holly Cottage Sandy Lane Rake Rogate Liss West Sussex GU33 7JF. Construction of two storey extension to east side of property. O.S. Grid Ref. 479917/127263. After studying the application, Rogate Parish Council’s Planning Committee had no objections.
4). Any other business; The Clerk informed the members that a formal notice to remove the illegal dwelling sited on land at Firs End, Rake Firs, London Road. Rake had been served and the occupant had until the 30th May to appeal.
An appeal had been lodged reference the non-approval to build 10 Starter homes at Rake.
There being no further matter to discuss, the meeting was brought to a close.
